Sharing Location

When using shared location, and you go into the details part, is the user notified everytime you locate them or is it done silently ?

Welcome to iMore. Not sure I understand. If I go to "details", and share my location with whom I am messaging, I don't think I'm notified. If someone shares their location with me, I don't think there's any notification to it. I've never used it. Everyone I text with knows my location.

You're correct, there's no notification.
