Family sharing won't acknowledge unlocked purchase

I recently unlocked the full version on a game. While it works on my iPad, it does not unlock on shared family iPads.

Far as I know... in-app purchases are not shareable.

Another reason why my Wife and I don't use Family Share. We do share the same iTunes ID though. So in app purchases are good for both phones.
