Request for a tweak on IOS 8.1.2 or and Android app Emulator.

Is there a tweak for IOS 8.1.2 that let's you turn off TVs as easy as Android's WatchON app? There have been other apps like that for IOS but it is reallly complicated just to set them up.Or if there is an Android Emulator to run Android apps on IOS.

What's the best way to request a tweak, or update rather. I really liked the Make Gmail as default tweak but can't find anything like it on Cydia for iOS 8. There is browserchooser and mapsopener but nothing to make gmail the default mail app, any help would be greatly appreciated!
