Why has copying and pasting become a problem after iOS 8.2.?

Copying and Pasting has become a problem after ios8.2.

I read tonnes of Chinese books online. What I usually do is I copy paragraphs from the book and paste them onto Bing Translate for the English translation. However after I installed ios8.2, I am no longer able to perform the 'paste' function anymore. I am so frustrated. What can I do?
