X-Plane 10 Flight Sim: Compatible Yoke, Rudder Throttle?

Does anyone know if the Saitek (Cessna) yoke/rudder pedals/throttle combo works on Mac? There are conflicting specs, some say it works with Mac OSX, some say it is Windows only.

Any other hardware suggestions? I'm a pro pilot and am interested in devices for proper flight SIM usage, not gaming.

I'd go with what the device's manufacturer says they support.
