Why can't I watch a bought tv series from itunes offline?

i have bought a tv series through itunes store and want to watch it when off line. how can i do this when it is in the cloud? Have tried to download but will not play when there is no internet connection.

You need to make sure it fully downloads when you're on wifi. Once it's downloaded you'll be able to watch it without an internet connection.
