Can I get some help with an iCloud problem?

icloud problem please help!!

I have an iPhone 4s iOS 8, every few minutes an icloud request pops up, I don't know my password and I've tried to reset it, but because I don't know my password I can't, is there any way I can switch it to a different email, or some how turn it off without needing a password? please help

It is going to continue until you enter the iCloud passcode. It is a security feature.
