How can I see someone's location after the turn it on indefinitely

My husband turned his location on but I can't see it on my phone.

Open the 'Find my iPhone' app - enter the password for your AppleID.

If he's sharing his location with you through Family Sharing/iMessage click on him in messages, then click "details" in the upper right corner. That should show you a little map with his location. Tap that and it will give you a bigger map. If that's not working you may have to have him manually share from from his messages. He'd go to your contact in messages and then click "share my location" then pick one of the options.

Also, if you can't see his location in "find my phone" he needs to go in and turn on "share my location" in either Location Services or iCloud > Family Sharing.

Settings>> Privacy>> Location Services>> Share my location>> has to be "on"... and if in a FamilyShare group - you can select with whom your location is shared.
