Is there an Apple Watch Software DFU?

I'm forever finding ways to cause the software to fail on my iPhone and regularly called to help family with Tech Problems. What can I do if the software on the apple watch stops working? Will there be a way to DFU? Does the magnetic charger carry data as well as power?
