Why aren't my iMessages and Facetime activating?

My imessage nd facetime are not activating

I bought a new fone few days back, it was constantly showing 'error in activating imessage' i thought the phone had some issues so after arguing wid the shop keeper i managed to change it, i have iphone 6 nd after getting a new one it still shows waiting for activation nd errors. Thought the i can make a facetime call nd even send imessage SOMETIMES.But on the last nd even on this phone it haven't showed even once that they bth are activated...PLEASEE HELP

i had the same problem with my FaceTime from setting after i entered my email address, it worked.

Is your account up to date with your provider? If texting isn't working you won't be able to register for iMessage etc. Voice of experience here. LOL
