I tried all the quick fixes to include the enable LTE and it still does not work? Help!!!
This is a work phone and I need this to work. Otherwise they can keep this phone. I'll go back to my 4s which worked fine.

Did you check settings and make sure sms is checked off.

Are you logged in with the same icloud account as your 4s? If not, try logging in. Your sms may be tied to your imessage account. If you don't want this to happen, sign out of icloud/imessage on your older 4s.
