Music just gone at random times

I buy songs from iTunes a lot recently. And it seems like it's all fine then I'll be driving and go to play music and it's gonna. Iv gotta go too recently purchased and download it all over again. Now it's not charging me twice which is good but it's a pain in the **** to have to download all the songs I just bought every time I wanna hear them. Not too mention all my data it uses. Iv backed up too iTunes. Everything's updated Iv restored and everything I don't think it's my phone. Anyone else have this??

Are you syncing with iTunes on a Mac/PC? It may be deleting the music when you do this if it's not in your itunes library on your computer.

No I rarely ever use a computer with my phone at all. Could it be when I connect too my wifi at home?

Id suggest doing a complete restore of your device

If you have iTunes Wifi Sync turned on it would be exactly the same as plugging it into your computer. Go to Settings -> General -> iTunes Wi-Fi Sync to check.
