Should I put a screen protector(tempered glass on my iphone 6)?

I am going to be putting it in a lifeproof case. But that screen protector isn't attached right to the phone. Would it be overkill to put one right on the screen?

Two screen protectors would be a tad bit holy ocd but if you feel better doing so then your the boss of your phone
