How can I change my Icloud ID in Iphone 5?

I have lost my Icloud ID and the password of my Iphone 5 and I want o create a new ID and password so please help me to do so.

If you've forgotten your iCloud ID and passcode, you can attempt to retrieve one or the other via the iCloud website's lost ID/Passcode feature. Give it a try. If you've forgotten the email address and/or answers to the security questions that "you" picked then you're OOL (out of luck).
