why cant i change my keychain code?

i go to settings icloud keychain, but it does not shows an "advanced" link, hence, no option to change my code

It's different on iOS 7. If you still see no link to change the code, do a hard reset.
Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
