Is there any possible way to jailbreak iOS 8.1.3 or 8.3 beta 2?

I have an iPhone 5C running iOS 8.3 and a iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 8.1.3 ... Is there anyway I can jailbreak these?

No. It appears the jailbreak Devs have moved on to 8.2 and 8.3 since the release of those is coming.

My Iphone6 is on 8.1.3 and I downloaded 8.2. Beta2 which should work with a jailbreak. than I installed on a new (virgin) PC the old version of Itunes 12.0.1 and tried to update the I phone. I did not use any internet connection and choosed the 8.2 ipsw file. But it did not work. Why not?

Did you try going in DFU?
