Why doesn't my iPhone 5 vibrate?

why my iphone 5 does not vibrate?

I follow the site guide and replace the vibrating motor, however it still doesen't works...I don't know what to do, should i replace the power/volume flex? or what else?

Did vibrate get turned off? Settings>> Sounds>> Vibrate on ring... vibrate on silent...

Already tried all this tricky...don't work for me...

I changed the housing of the phone with a pre-assembled housing (i only move the motherboard), however i think something is wrong in this new assembly...think it's an hardware problem...but before order a new spare parts want to be sure...
