iPhone app not showing in 'Settings' and not sending Audio Alerts

I had a new iPhone app created. It works great, but it is A) Not showing in 'Settings' and B) Not sending me audio alerts for Text Messages I receive in the app.

The guys that created it say it is working properly on their iPhones and we have the same versions (iPhone 4S). All of my other apps work fine and send audio alerts, except this one. The app is turned on in 'Notifications' center. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Get with the guys that "created it" and have them make it work on your device. That would be your best bet, in my opinion b
