Can't connect to iTunes and App Store

I have been using my iPhone 5 for 11months, I recently finished my data plan and opt for another renewer and when I did I could no longer Connect to my App Store, o can't chat on bbm, I can't access Instagram and FB as well. I can only chat on what's app but cannot download pictures sent to me and I can't send pictures also. I can access my google chrome browser also. I have called my network provider they have told me nothing is wrong with my line. Am confuse, for more than three weeks I have been battling with this issue. I have read some answers and tried but not working. Please I need assistance from Apple.

Try signing out of both on the device in settings... reboot, and log in again.
