Time Machine does not backup iBank data

I run IBank V5.2.1 (50050) on a Mac Mini (Mid 2011) using OS X Yosemite V10.10.2
I use an Airport Time Capsule 802.11n (3rd generation) for my back-ups
On opening a file in IBank today I reciprocally entered Time Capsule to reflect on historical back-up data and the Time Machine returned the message ?Error retrieving versions from Time Machine?. Previously (about 6 months ago) I was able to retrieve historical IBank data from Time Machine. All my IBank data is stored in my Finder under documents and Ibank is also in my DOC.

I tried to remedy the issue by doing the following without success:

1) I checked the backups of other applications (MS Word) and they reflect historical data, except IBank data
2) I manually backed up my Mac onto Time Machine
3) I rebooted the Time Machine
4) I rebooted the Mac
5) I checked and there are no exclusions listed not to be backed up on Time Machine
6) The folks at iBank checked my setting online and all have been in order. Is there anyone out there with a solution? Your help will be appreciated. Thank you

Still no solution. I tried again by sending all the logs to the IBank technical staff a week ago and waitting patiently for a response. Will post the solution when eventually resolved
