Why don't incoming calls ring, it still vibrates and buzzes?

on incoming calls the phone will not ring. It still vibrates and buzzes.

It started out I wasn't receiving any calls. It was going directly to message. Got that solved through my service provider. Now it wont ring

Silent switch on? Do Not Disturb on? Maybe there's an issue with your selected ring tone... Settings>> Sounds>>...adjust the volume...see what you hear... go to the ringtone section... change it to something else... change it back...
