I have a 5S 16Gb that continually has storage .

My phone only has 113 photos and 3 videos but it says I have 37 videos and 1338 photos. I have plenty of Icloud storage yet but none on the phone.I've tried to keep everything on the phone to a minimum. Now I know I will get the 64GB when I upgrade to the 6 but for now I'm stuck. How do I get the numbers on the phone to reflect what's really there?
