Why my iphone 5s turn off immediatly?

I push home button and upper button until picture apple appear and charge my phone. Why my phone still can't on, just apple continuously?

I don't know, but I assume either you're not waiting long enough for the boot process to complete or the device needs to be restored via iTunes on your computer.
