How do i fix 'iPad disabled try again in 23,000,000 minutes'

I recently had my iPad Air screen replaced and it wasn't until I got home that I realized my iPad was disabled, and I cant enter the pin again for 23,000,000 minutes! I haven't got the original iTunes or apple account that I sync'd it with... Can someone please tell me how to fix this asap? Everything is saved so I don't care if it all gets wiped. Thanks
