What happens when u pull the text down from the top to reply that it won't type

Like when I pull it down to reply it doesn't let me type?? What do I do

Reboot your device and try again

When you say pull down I'm assuming you mean the notification center. You could also try force quitting the app (double tap the home button and flick the app up) Then on the next notification try to reply. Otherwise a reboot like was suggest will most likely get you going again.

Are you using an aftermarket keyboard? If so that may be the issue.
