iphone 5S stuck on reaserch after fall

after fall iphone stay on reaserch for field... i try all software manipulations ... restrore, reset... trying with another sim card but always the same, network come back for ony 1 minute and stay on reaserch even when there 's no sim card on the phone. please advice. Broken GSM antenna??? or motherboard faillure?

Sounds like a hardware issue... repair may be possible - An Apple Store or authorized service center can determine if it's repairable or not.
