how can I import photos and videos to my windows computer? Helpppp
Ok so I went to my computer and my phone is not there. I installed iTunes on my computer and it asked me to update my iphone but it can't update cuz there's not neigh storage on my phone. It's my videos and pics that are taking up the space and I deleted all my apps but still is saying same thing. I think once I update the software in my phone it will let me import the photos and videos to my PC but how can I do that if the computer doesn't ask to import when I plug it in?? Please help I don't want to delete my videos and photos
