My iPhone 5's screen separated from its rubber part, how can I remove the metal plate?

Iphone 5 screen separated from its rubber part

I removed/ sucked the LCD screen out, but the rubber at the edge which holds the metal plate did not come out. So only the LCD screen is popped up.

Also, the very front part area of the screen, which holds the home button is crack. So basically, the LCD screen is divded into 2 parts now.

How can I remove the metal plate?!
