I am unable to hear voice of the caller on my iPhone 6..why is that?

I have tried making a call using iPhoen 6. The receiver gets my calls and I can hear their voice but my voice does not go to the other person...why is that?

Hardware issue? Is it somehow set up for a bluetooth headset? iOS needs to be restored? Try holding the home & power buttons until the Apple logo appears, then release the buttons....
