how to combine two contents from two iPhones

I was using iphone5 and it has its contents on iCloud, and now I have just bought a new iphone6 and i have already put it on iCloud, now two are appearing separately and i need to give old one to brother how do i get all my contents and data to my new phone or how can i combine the two on iiclouds or iTunes so that i can release the old one without giving out my data.

Back up your old phone in iCloud. Then wipe your new phone and restore it from that back up you just made.
