How do I get 4G to work on my iPhone 6 plus?

4G not working in i phone 6plus

Hi. I buy a new apple i phone 6plus but in the mobile 4g is not working even im in the area where im getting 4G signals on my other mobile. On the status its just show 3G instead of 4G when 4G enabled. I already update IOS 8.1.3 but still nothing changed. Im living in Dubai. Anyboday help ke?

Is the phone model you purchased compatible with thew carrier you're on for 4G service?
