Why do I get a message on my iPhone that says this message has not been uploaded from server.?

A message comes on my Iphone that says this message has not been uploaded from server.

I keep receiving " message has no content" and "message has not been loaded by server".?? not sure what to do. I also have a notification on my phone but need wifi
to see it. I don't have wifi. Please assist.

Message has no content sounds like a blank message was sent. Not loaded by the server, not sure what that one is. As far as needing wifi, I would see if you could get to an area that has free wifi. When Apple says you need wifi you will need wifi somehow someway to see it unfortunately, but you could always tether to another mobile phone if that's an option, you're iPhone will process it as wifi.
