Why aren't my appointments showing in Exchange with I add them on my phone?

adding appointments on my phone but not showing in exchange

When I add appointments to my iphone under exchange they are not showing up in my work email at the office. I checked to make sure the appointment is under exchange. I have done this in the past with no problem.

Try turning off calendar sync on that account... reboot the phone... then turn calendar sync on again...
