Please HELP with apple logo

I have an ipad 2 wifi, it s stuck on apple logo after i installed something cydia. I ve tried everything the + volume button, i even downloaded ipsw and tried to recover it on itunes. I keep getting errors. So please guys help !

Just keep trying. Google the error codes to see what they mean and how to correct them. It'll take eventually.

Turn off your antivirus and firewall temporarily. Just keep in mind you'll be updated so you'll lose your jailbreak.
