Apple Watch and hearing aids?

As an enthusiastic user of Made for Apple Hearing Aids I am hopeful that they will be compatible with the Apple watch although the limitation on the number of Bluetooth devices that can be paired with an iPhone could prevent that.

It would be very useful to change settings on the hearing aids from the watch rather than using the iPhone since in some instances people mistake that for checking messages and get an incorrect opinion.

Any idea if that support will be forthcoming?

I wear aids, but not the made for Apple type. I had just bought my RIC aids when I read about them. So maybe next time.
Not a lot of info has been released about the Watch. Just some generalities they talked about during the Keynote. It's a great idea. But it may be April before we know. Nothing I have read suggest the pairing.
