In Settings > Safari > Advanced > Web Data Is this a list of sites actually visited?

Just very important for me to know if the list presented in this area are actual sites visited. Could they be anything else?

I noticed that if a site sends you an email and you open it the name of the site will be entered onto the list.

I checked mine and it appeared to be sites I'd visited.
