Why do we have to go to a Apple store to get lessons on our new devices?

We use to have a manual to fallow and go by. I just curious why is the propose of is going to go get educated on any Apple products?

You don't "have" to go to the Apple Store to get educated on Apple products. You can do that right here. As noted, you can download the manual. And lots of other information is available online.

Having said that, Apple offers FREE training workshops if users wish to partake of them. FREE. Not many other equipment manufacturers do that.

Apple's own website has some very good basic videos on many things with each of their products.
