Is any AppleCare+ coverage available after the 2 years? Details, please!

My plan is to keep using my now brand-new 5s forever...so that seems like good enough reason to get AppleCare+...for those first two years. After 2 years, claims or no, would I want to "renew" coverage? (Yes, I'm the technologically backwards person of the family, so if there's something I'm not hep to, please 'splain it to me. I'll get my spouse or kids to help, if need be!)
