    Default Calendar alerts not working

    When I try to set two alerts for an event for example to remind me one day before and then again one hour before, it continually sets it the wrong way round ie the first alert is one hour before and the second one is for one day before. I have to edit this maybe three or four times before it will accept it. Sometimes it just won't accept it and I just have to set one alert! Very frustrating and unhelpful. Any tips anyone?

    Set the first alert for 2 days before and the second for the day of the event at whatever time.
    Also, be sure to set a time first. Mine works ok, regardless of the time I put for 1st and 2nd alert. You could try deleting the Calendar app from the "app switcher", or the background apps. I've seen others with that issue. I've never seen it though.
