My iPhone won't download ISO 8.1.3. I hit agree and nothing happens. I Have good wi-fi. I wait and wait then the screen turns off. What am I doing wrong?

Do a reboot and try again. Also check your storage.

Use iTunes in your computer (latest version) instead of OTA, if that's the route you're taking.
