The cloud icon button doesn't work when downloading purchased apps

Hi

I am currently trying to download an app previously purchased from the App Store. When I tap the little cloud icon, with the arrow, it looks like it is trying for a second and then give up.

Does anyone know a fix for this? I would really appreciate any ideas you can give!

Try any of the following:

1. Reboot your device.
2. Sign out of the iTunes & App Store and then sign back in.
3. Go to Settings - General - Reset and then select "Reset Network Settings".
4. Make sure you're connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi or cellular data.
5. If on Wi-Fi, verify that your network has Internet access.

I already tried still does not work

Log out of AppStore and log in again. This may solve your issue.
