Why has my Yahoo email failed to push to iPhone 6 since iOS 8.1.3 Update?

About a week ago I noticed that my emails we're not being sent from my yahoo account to my iPhone 6. Subsequently, I tried all the fixes to get the email pushed from my Yahoo account to my iPhone email. I realized later, that the problems began likely after I had completed my IOS 8.1.3 update. I have tried deleting and adding the yahoo account from my iPhone, I have gone to Yahoo and checked all my settings. I have reset my password for my Yahoo account and nothing corrects it.

When I sent a test message to my Yahoo account from my iCloud account using the native Mail app, it took about 10 seconds to be received, but when I sent a test message from my Outlook.com account via the new Outlook for iOS app, I received the message immediately.
