i need help with the new ios update 8.1.3 it's saying a storage update

I keep deleting my app's my email, my dropbox, permanently deleting photos and every time I get more space it won't allow me to complete the update and then state I don't have enough storage, even though it said so before I start the update, please help quickly I use my phone for my business thank you

Plug in to the computer your iTunes library is on and update via iTunes.

I don't have it linked to a computer, I have never updated it that way I just do it over wifi

If you don't have enough free space on your iPhone, then the only way to update is via iTunes. Or you could just not update.
