i just bought a new i phone and i got an issue with that , i am shocked to see that its microphone is not working properly .i am soo unhappy with the issue .i just want to make it good help me regarding the issue '

Test to see if the microphone is working by using the Voice memo app and if you don't hear any recordings then I advice you to bring your device back for an exchange

Lastly make sure you removed the clear plastic from around your device because it will block your Mic
