I have two Game Center IDs I'd like to delete one. How do I delete the 2nd ID?

I created a Game Center ID and then some time later somehow created a 2nd ID - maybe on a new device? Anyway, every time I play Tiny Tower I get an error message saying "backups and achievements will not be saved until ___ logs in" - but that's the ID I want to delete so I'm only using the other one.

Keith - I don't have two Apple ID user names....I have two Game Center user names and want to delete one of them. Can you help me?
