How can I control when FaceTime can be used?

Just like SmartLimits allows me to control when my daughter chooses to receive or send texts, I would like to also control FaceTime usage after a certain time in the evening. Does anyone know how to do this without completely turning off FaceTime?

You can set restrictions, put a passcode in and then turn it off. You'd have to do it manually though if you only want it restricted for a certain amount of time. Or you could flat just restrict FaceTime.
