Why is there random contacts on my iphone 5s

Hi,
There is lots of random contacts/numbers on my iphone 5s.
I have never heard of any of the people/numbers and there are hundreds of them in my contacts now?
I only have iCloud and exchange under my accounts. The contacts are not on either of these.
Help!

Help!

You might want to cross reference the contacts to your FB account. Back when I used to play FB games and I synced contacts to FB, I had them come through to my phone.
