How do I take the iPad back to the set up that it started at when I purchased the iPad?

I want to completely take my iPad back to the beginning of the set up that I had to do when I purchased the iPad. It is a school iPad, so they have removed the option in settings (Settings>General>Reset>Remove all settings and content). So I'm not sure how else to reset it all.

Perhaps try connect to an itunes and see if you can overwrite it from there?
