How do I find my Words With Friends user ID?

I usually link up with players on facebook, but I have a non-facebook user that I want to play WWF with, but don't know how to find my user id.

They can be found through email. Either give them your email used for Facebook or have them give you their email.

Yes, I sure do. I usually just play this game with my grandmother. Bought her an iPad mini just to be able to enjoy this with her!
