I want to change my Apple ID

I want to change my Apple ID because I can't remember my password, the recovery email is no more functioning and I can't remember the security question?

I don't believe there is any self help way. Perhaps if you can prove to Apple that its you over the phone - access to credit card on account- or faxing them your license etc. Perhaps look at the Apple ID recovery page on this issue. And call them.

Apple is not going to risk allowing access to an account to a person who cannot even recall the security information. Whatever data is associated with that account will remain as-is until you recall the passcode and security answers or until Apple decides the account has been inactive long enough to delete the information, if applicable. You can try contacting Apple's account security section, if you'd like.
